Chamomile Tea

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tanqueray Ten
1 oz Fresh pink grapefruit juice
3/4 oz Chamomile simple
½ oz Lillet Blanc
3 dashes of Fee orange bitters
Muddle grapefruit in the shaker, add all the ingredients
And shake over ice, serve chilled in a martini glass

Creating the Cocktail
In mixing glass, muddle 3 slices of pink grapefruit unpeeled, and chamomile simple syrup. Add gin, Lillet Blanc and orange bitters. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist

Ginger Tea

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tanqueray Ten
1/4 oz Domaine Cantonne Ginger Liqueur
1.5 oz Organic Cold Black Tea
½ oz Honey Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Creating the Cocktail
In mixing glass ,add gin, Ginger Liqueur, Black Tea, Honey Syrup and Lime Juice. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with candy ginger gently speared and rested on the glass

Italian Sunset

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tanqueray Ten
1 oz Limencello
½ oz Honey Syrup
Top with Soda
½ oz Campari

Creating the Cocktail
In mixing glass,add gin, Limencello, Honey Syrup and Campari. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with chilled club soda. Garnish with kumquat.

Cucumber Delight

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tanqueray Ten
3 Slices of cucumber
5 Mint leaves
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup

Creating the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumbers, mint and simple syrup. Add gin and lime juice. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with cucumber slice.

The Duke

Ingredients
1.5 oz Don Julio Reposado
3/4 oz Honey Syrup
1/4 Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1.5 Pink Grapefruit Juice
Garnish with a grapefruit  zest
Served over ice

Creating the cocktail
Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Squeeze the grapefruit zest over the top, then drop it into the glass.

Hot Mangos

Ingredients
1.5 oz Blanco
1 oz Mango Juice
¾ Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Lightly muddled Jalepeno     
          
Creating the cocktail
Muddle jalepeno  in the mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients. And shake over ice, serve chilled in a martini glass.  Garnish with a lime wheel.

La Rosita

Ingredients
1.5 oz Don Julio Reposado
.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
.5 oz Carpano Antica
.5 oz Campari
1 dash Angostura

Ingredients
2 oz Don Julio
3 Cucumbers
3 leaves of fresh mint
1oz lime juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Absinthe Rinse

Creating the cocktail
Pour a half an oz of absinthe in a martini glass, swirl it around the glass and dump. Muddle cucumbers, mint in the mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients
And shake over ice, serve chilled in a martini glass rimmed with margarita salt/chipotle mix.

Hot Pink

Ingredients
1.5 oz Don Julio
1 oz Watermelon Puree
¾ Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Jalapeño infused Grand Marnier
Shake and served over ice or in a martini glass

Ingredients
1 oz DJ Reposado
¾ Apple Jack
1 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Ginger Syrup
Garnish with Carmel apple dipped in brown sugar

White Frost

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Ciroc vodka
1.5 ox white cranberry juice
3/4oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz Domaine Canonne Ginger liqueur

Creating the Cocktail
In mixing glass, add vodka, white cranberry juice, lime juice, simple syrup and Ginger Liqueur. Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar.  Garnish with whole cranberries floating on top.

OCTOBER FEST

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Ciroc vodka
1 oz Organic Apple Cider
3/4oz Pom Juice
½ oz Ginger Syrup

In mixing glass, add vodka, apple cider, Pom juice and ginger syrup Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with Apple Wheel.  

The Color Purple

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Ciroc vodka
1/2 oz Cantone Ginger Liqueur
3/4oz  Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Red grape juice

In mixing glass, add vodka, Ginger Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup, Red Grape Juice Add ice to tin. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with floating white orchid.

Texan Hottie

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Jalepeno Infused Ciroc
1/4 oz Reposado Mezcal
2 oz  Fresh Tomato Juice
¾ Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Worchester
Pinch of Salt
Spoonful of horseradish

In mixing glass add all the above ingredients, add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice.

Hollywood Nights

Ingredients
1.5 Ciroc
¼ oz Campari
½ oz Pinkgrapefruit Juice
½oz simple Syrup
5 raspberries
Champagne

Shake all the ingredients (except Champagne) over ice and strain into a champagne glass, top with chilled champagne.

Strawberry and Basil

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Vodka
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. Dubonnet
1 strawberry, sliced
1 basil leaf

Creating the cocktail
Muddle 1 strawberry and basil leaf with simple syrup. Add the remaining ingredients, shake and double strain into a martini glass.  Garnish: strawberry slice and basil leaf.  

Pretty in Pink

Ingredients
1.5 oz Ciroc
.5 oz Lillet
1 oz  Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Champagne
Served chilled in a sugar rimmed martini glass
